How I Achieved My Own Sleep Success.


My journey with insomnia began at the age of 4 when I asked my parents to keep the TV on for background noise to help me sleep. Little did I know, this was the beginning of a lifelong struggle.

As I grew older, my sleep problems intensified. I felt utterly alone in my battle, as no one I knew seemed to share my difficulty sleeping.

Each night was an endless cycle of racing thoughts, and I'd often fall asleep just moments before the alarm rang. Insomnia became a part of my identity, and I dreaded going to bed, never knowing how long I'd lie awake.

In 2016, during a Tony Robbins event, a guest speaker led the audience through an exercise that left my mind completely silent. It was a revelation.

I dove into the study of the mind, seeking answers. Through relentless research and personal experimentation, I transformed my sleep.
